Explore the map to L0 and H0. There is a bigger fish that pops up usually at L0 first and then reappears in the area. It is a 4star fish. Attack it over and over again. After attacking you will need to log out of game twice and it will reappear. Constant attack. I can get 25k bp every two weeks if I hit it non stop.
